Education Programs
The education team is pleased to offer your class or group with a unique learning experience! From school field trips to public outreaches, scout programs to birthday parties, there’s something for everyone! Each of our program’s explores the adaptations, behavior, and threats for endangered sea turtles that inhabit Georgia’s diverse coastal ecosystem!
Teachers at Oakland Meadow School in Lawrenceville, Georgia led their students in a sea turtle unit this fall, and participated in distance learning sessions. Field Trip Programs
Swim into learning with a field trip to the Georgia Sea Turtle Center! Join our fun and enthusiastic staff as they guide you through the life of a sea turtle, head to sea turtle school and introduce YOU to real sea turtle patients! Homeschool groups, too!
Group Tours
With a reservation of 10 or more, the Georgia Sea Turtle Center can provide a number of guided tours for you to choose from. You’ll get the benefit of an in-depth visit with any of these program options.
