Sea Turtles in the Classroom

The Georgia Sea Turtle Center Outreach Staff brings learning about sea turtles and their marine environment to life for your group with specimens, interactive activities such as role playing and games!

Teachers can choose from a list of programs, or we can create a program to accommodate your students and your teaching goals. We are also able to modify our programs to suit different age ranges and grade levels.

• Fees:
  $100 for the initial program
• $40 for each additional presentation of the same program on the same day
• Travel fees apply to locations outside of McIntosh, Glynn, and Camden counties
  • $1 per mile one-way
  • 0ver 50 miles away: To account for time away from the Center, we ask that you pay for the Educator’s travel time at $50 per hour
